README: Requesting an alliance section

In this thread you can request a section for your alliance. With your section you can:

Create members-only posts
Create public facing posts for communicating to other alliances/players

Please make sure your alliance meets the following criteria:

At least 5 members
Registered on LOAN

If you meet these requirements, then congratulations! Your alliance is only 1 step away from getting their own public section. You will need to fill in the following form and we will create a section for you as soon as possible.

He has to log into forum at least once.

@Shibdib He has to log in for now. He can apply to join your alliance on the group pages as well

@Lur Lisp hasn't logged in yet so I can not add him yet. You and @starwar15432 are added as moderators for now.
