NPC Trains/Caravans get stuck entering disabled rooms

Caravans can get hung up trying to enter unavailable rooms and time out.

I think that's wanted. You can't enter disabled rooms. On your screenshot I can see a power bank in a disabled room. That shouldn't be, should it? I guess that's why your caravan was there. And I guess there should be walls around the disabled room, so that no pathfinder finds a way in.

@xenofix he meant NPC caravans trying to enter those rooms. For what matters NPC caravans shouldn't even try to go through those rooms if they're disabled.
