Feature Request: Ability to attack NPC Terminals

    NPC Terminals should be able to be destroyed or made inactive, with the idea that they would respawn every  X number of ticks (say 50k).

    This has a few consequences-

    * NPC Terminals become a strategic asset. Users will need to defend them if they want to rely on them.

    * It normalizes the NPC versus Player markets. As it stands now if a player undercuts the market they can be attacked to close the orders. NPC orders are immune to this.
