Potential for building outside rooms you own

I'd just like to get people's thoughts on making it possible to build in rooms that have no controllers. Perhaps just roads, walls, and ramparts.

I could maybe agree on roads or even walls, but defenitly not ramparts.

No walls, then you just get scenarios where others wall people or source keepers in rather than protecting themselves. Roads maybe, but they'd need a much more rigorous decay timer.

) builder support too easy... On 6 lvl attack*28 = 840/tick 300 000 000 / 60 / 60 = 99hours
if user only one full upgraded creep (2290price * 142 units = 325K energy) vs 3M energy need by Griefer to build one wall.- You'll have to wait until you immure walls with 3M hits? 0_o
