This post describes changes on the Public Test Realm. The estimated launch date is July 22.

property that can be used to read the message at the last tick, even by other players. - Moving onto exit tiles now doesn’t generate any fatigue regardless of creep movement capabilities.

No fatigue is amazing! Does this mean we can build a single creep with 49 attack and 1 move, and make it patrol the borders every tick?

No, moving between exit tiles will generate fatigue as usual.

So it only counts if you came from swamp/floor onto an exit tile. Gotcha!
