how to use life time?

What shard are you on? Note that shard 3 doesn't allow more than 20 CPU in use there.

I tested it. It seems that only shard3 works, and other shards have no CPU

Where are you settled? You will only have cpu in shards you have stuff in. Also your cpu is related to your GCL level.

@114514 As far as I can see, you settled at shard3 where CPU is always limited to 20 CPU. In order to use your additional CPU on other shards please assign it where you want it. You can do that either by
Game.cpu.setShardLimitsmethod or use the game UI.

I allocated 100 CPUs in shard2 (last picture), but it looks like there are only 20?

As far as I can see you have no room outside of Shard3.
You need to have rooms in shard0, shard1, and shard2 to actually use that CPU in that shard

@114514 You can use portals, which are always located on cross streets, to travel to other shards and build a colony. Or simply re-spawn in other shards.
- assign some CPU to shard2.
- command creeps to move specifically to the tile of the portal
- your creep will appear randomly in the target room
- claim a room and send other creeps to build it
