I may be wrong, but from what I can tell one's tutorial completion status is cookie-based, meaning every time one's cookies are cleared, one is redirected to the tutorial upon login.

For someone who, for various reasons, has cookies cleared after every browser session, this becomes a bit of a nuisance as the tutorial is loaded every time the day's first login is performed (or multiple times if the browser is closed, such as during a system restart or for other reasons).

My request would be that tutorial completion status be flagged on accounts themselves to avoid unecessary tutorial redirects.

getUsedCapacity reads pretty clear to me that you're getting a number that indicates how much of the store is used. Most other suggestions don't read as clearly as to what they represent.
