Power creeps won’t have body parts like regular creeps. Instead, they will get special skills called Powers. These Powers will be passive (hit points amount, carry capacity, passive bonuses to surrounding creeps) as well as active to be used via creep functions. New Powers activation and their levelling-up will be separate for each individual power creep. And yes, it will take a huge amount of power resources, as well as creating a new power creep.

I haven't tested this exact instance but previous encounters suggest if anything is "under" a rampart, as far as damage is concerned that other object doesn't exist. You can stack up several mass ranged or other attacks but simply having a enemy there doesn't stack the damage.

I notice this when the servers are under higher load. Also switching between different browsers works occassionally. Chrome works best for me when messing with memory objects (firefox is terrible for memory).

Cool, it seems to have gone away mostly. I measured the start CPU average overnight at it's around 3.5 CPU, very reasonable.
