Hallways between novice areas no longer considered protected

You can replicate this easily-
Game.map.isRoomProtected('E35N32')
That should return true but is returning false.
This is screwing up pathfinding, since the noob walls do not count as terrain. It's also allowing new people to settle in rooms that they should not be allowed in.

Spawning into these rooms is not allowed.
isRoomProtected
value will be set in a few minutes.

Someone *did* spawn into them yesterday, but have since disappeared.

It has not been marked as "Not available" then (by a mistake). This red label makes a room impossible to place the first spawn into.
