Invader spawning on top of wall

My room (E32N24 on shard3) is adjacent to an unavailable room to the north, and thus have the northern exits walled off by constructed walls.
Just a moment ago I found an invaders that turned out to have spawned right onto that wall, instead of the other unblocked exits. Is it intended ?You can watch it on the replay here : screeps.com/s/ZAqtYf
