WebGL Stuttering/Flickering

I haven't seen this issue before, but today the new webgl renderer has been "flickering" (like a strobe light) while using it.

@tedivm Have you tried to restart your browser / reboot OS? Looks like a low-level issue with your GPU, we can barely control such things.

I figured out how to replicate this. If you open two instances of chrome- regular chrome and an incognito window- this flickering will show up.
This is a pretty rare corner case, so I don't think it's a big deal now and may even get resolved by Chrome themselves. However I figured I'd mention the cause in case it came up again.

Are you able to reproduce this with the today's update?

After the update the flickering is still there (I even cleared cache to confirm).
