    The whole new world of shard2 has been just launched. It contains 14,884 rooms from W60N60 to E60S60. Portals will be closed during 40 days starting from now. Portals only lead to shard1; there will be no direct connection with shard0. Think of shards as Z coordinate in the 3D world of Screeps - you can only travel from shard0 to shard1 to shard2. You will need an intermediary room on shard1 to renew your creeps during their journey, since creeps apparently have a low tolerance for intershard travel and lose their lifetime.

    Do you think there'll be like a shard -1 in the future, or maybe have the shards wrap around, for example if there are shard 0-5 from shard 0 you can go to shards 1 and 5
