Roads not visual?

https://gyazo.com/c18475244aa2b2242b6ab47611375007 It started like this where if I scrolled in too far the roads disappeared but now theyre just gone completely. Theyre there but not visually for either of my rooms that I have. Its on a private server, https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/356269776861134848/362240022663135232/unknown.png I can see other's roads in their rooms, I have tried restarting my computer, restarting steam, restarting my game, verifying my files etc. It just doesnt seem to want to show the roads for some reason. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/356269744371793920/362237660082864138/unknown.png https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/356269744371793920/362207492035313666/unknown.png https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/356269744371793920/362237875015909386/unknown.png

Hey Violet, We are aware of the issues with rendering roads/controller levels.
We're working on a new render engine ( read about it here ).
Once that has been introduced these issues will no longer be there.

Thank you for letting me know! Is there anyway that it could be made to be game captured on obs? for streaming purposes? As well as Changing the hud sizes? With the recent updates my hud is now huge (The information on the right side, left side buttons, and bottom sections)
-
When I streamed yesterday I personally use a full screen capture. I'm using GeForce Experience to stream though, so for OBS it might be different.
My hud size hasn't changed, can you provide a screenshot for this?.

OBS works fine for Screeps for me. Always did, still does.
-
It doesnt work for me. I need to use screen capture, which causes it to capture my entire screen. If I try to do game capture or window capture it comes up black and doesnt show the game. I only have one monitor so this can be an issue for me and causes me not want to stream it.
-
@violet Use full screen capture. Hold down ALT, drag the red-window-corner-holds (in obs preview display) over the area you want to capture. Now you're only recording/streaming a sub-component of your desktop.

If you load screeps from within a regular browser window, and hold CTRL-wheelMouseScrollUp/down , you'll change the browser scaling (default for explorer / chrome). This changes your hud size and screeps room window.
You can then zoom the screeps-room-window to an appropriate size.
-
That only cuts a portion, not that window. If I open my web browser that covers it. I'm asking if theres a way for them to implement it so that it CAN be used with game capture.
-
Oh, just turn off hardware acceleration in Chrome. Then you can do window capture like normal.

I'm not, I'm using the app via steam on a private server as I previously stated
