[Source keepers] Undocumented changes breaking mining ops

Since a few days, source keepers have begun to run away. This change was implemented without any notice. This caused a hefty decline in income which I couldn't pinpoint untill I saw it happen:

Can you please give notice of changes in logic? Some stuff is not worth making dynamic due to increased costs in CPU.

Your replay doesn't really show what you're stating. On your first replay the creep didn't run away. A new one spawned because the current one had been alive for over 300 ticks with low health. This was in the change log in the last source keep change. Your error seems to be in your guards committing suicide when all move parts are destroyed; or some other kind of error?

It shows the source keepers running away, which didn't happen before.

There were no changes to Source Keepers behavior logic for months. stybbe is right, you have misinterpreted the situation in your replay.

It seems to be that a new one spawned - but it did not move towards the source?
Is the new behavior that the SK stayed next to it's lair instead of moving towards the source, like it would have before?

The creep was fatigued, so it didn't move.

Dissi, the SK in question was injured 300 ticks prior to that at -> https://screeps.com/a/#!/history/E6N16?t=14716373
It then killed your miner. By the time the next miner arrived, the replacement SK tick was just a few ticks away from spawning
