Artem, this type of game attracts the creative minds. You impose limits, we merely see obstacles. If you kick people back down every time they come up with creative solutions for a problem, then it's going to alienate those players that are actually passionate about the game. One would think that's the sort of player you want to actually keep around.
I'm only here for 2 weeks but in that time I've seen a lot of goalposts being moved already. Some for the better, some questionable.
For example, being a new player, I now feel quite disadvantaged by the recent changes to resource harvesting, and the pending powercreep requirement for remote mining, when the veteran players are entrenched due to their existing wealth of resources and power.
This flag issue doesn't seem to be handled too well either.
Perhaps instead of heavyhanded nerfing and kneejerk reactions to people using the toys in your sandbox for something you didn't expect them to (something you should expect given the nature of the game), work with the community to address problems in a way that doesn't repeatedly invalidate the work of those that spend countless hours and their money on your game.

Though, maybe not on walls/ramparts, because that would be silly. Talking walls. On the other hand it could be fun.. "OW!" "Y U HURT ME?" "STAHP!"...

Please add a say() method on structures.
It'd be very useful to have say() on structures too, for status indicators and such, like having my spawns say what creep they are spawning for example.
I know you can use the console log for that but for eyeballing what your room is doing, the chat bubbles are useful.
Of course, it's also exceedingly useful to let your towers talk smack when they kill creeps.

I like the GCL*3 limit for reservations better.
Nerfing remote mining makes it much harder for new players to get a foothold.

I would suggest an RCL8 structure similar to the Terminal, that you can use to teleport creeps over to rooms of other people with that structure, assuming they accept the transfer. then it requires coordinated effort and limits the griefing aspect.
