PTR simulation is broken
-
Which means that no code is executed, no scripts, no console commands. The main server sim works as it should.
I've tried it in Firefox 65 and Edge 17.
-
@duckymirror From what I see, PTR looks fine currently, do you still have your issue?
-
@o4kapuk Yes, it isn't working. I tried it in Chrome 72 now, signed out, tried it again, the problem persisted. Aren't there usually six web workers? I only saw five of them.
-
ducky, did you renew your PTR subscription? Iirc, PTR requires you to renew it (for free) every 24 hrs. if you let it lapse, it would definitely stop running your code...
-
@duckymirror Ah right. The simulation driver is not compatible with the new engine (with power creeps) yet.
Thank you for your report, we'll ensure that everything is working before pushing it to the production environment.
-
@semperrabbit The problem is the sim, not the server.
-
@o4kapuk Thanks! This isn't a big problem as the main server sim is still working.
The simulation driver is not compatible with the new engine (with power creeps) yet.
Does this mean that power creeps will be available in the sim soon?
-
Yes, PTR sim is broken due to ongoing Power Creeps development. This is discussed in the PTR thread. Closing this thread.
