Any chance of power creeps in 2017?

@artch Tons of awesome improvements lately! But that leaves me with questions about the longest running WIP screeps change. To set realistic expectations, are we going to see any power creeps this year? I remember when I started screeps around this time last year and was hearing about the upcoming power creeps feature. Is there any chance we'll see them this year? I'd love to see them released on private servers/ptr early for a lot of testing, even if they are buggy.

It mostly depends on how quick we'll be able to integrate
isolated-vm, since it's still in priority. Power creeps are in the backlog right after this.
