How to enable the room history?

The room history seems off by default. It says "no data" for any tick.
Is there a way to enable it for private servers?

I know that there is a mod to enable history, but I do not know the name off the top of my head. My suggestion would be to hit up #servers in chat.screeps.com. That channel is where I first heard about it.
