Roads are not returned in FIND_MY_STRUCTURES

For some reason, I can only get my roads when using FIND_STRUCTURES. For now this is not a big issue, however it will be one after clashing with another player.

Roads and constructed walls do not belong to any player, so they are not considered your structures. That's why find_my_structures doesn't find them.

use FIND_STRUCTURES with a filter for now
