Lab runReaction() CPU Too High

It looks like on average the labs cost at least .35 cpu each to run the reactions.
If we can only generate 1 mineral every tick per lab this is a HUGE amount of cpu even if just a couple of rooms are running reactions.
Can you look at optimizing the runReaction code, or remove the mandatory .2 if it's there?

I got the same, it costs about ~ .35 cpu per lab reaction.

Labs now produce 10 mineral units per tick and have a 10 ticks cooldown period. See this changelog.
