    Miners store the energy internally as well as in the container, meaning you get twice as much energy for the amount mined.

     

    Also the internal one isn't bounded by the carryCapacity, it can go quite high then suddenly gets dumped into the container, overflowing and spilling onto the ground as well (if the container is full).
