Can't claim controller

Trying to capture a controller in room W4N2 and it returns 0. The controller is not placed under my control.

I've attempted to spawn there personally; apparently the room is locked off from ownership.

So Vanoiress is the only one who can claim that room, since he was probably the designer?

Some more information in-game may be nice, something like
"Sorry, this is a player designed room that can be claimed by the owner only. More information can be found here ...".

It would definitely be nice to have more information about it. My guess was based on how different it looked from all the other rooms. The indiegogo page says that 6 were bought out of 10. So far that's the only one i've been able to find that looks intentionally designed so i have no idea where the other five went.
