`Cant claim room

I've got the same problem, can't create spawn and no errors shown.
If I look at the network flow of Firefox, I get a 200 response code but with an error message "Not allowed".

Can anyone from the support team help? The whole "preorder to claim a room early" has been ruined.

Same problem, but I just bought credits today - still cannot place my initial spawn.

Agreed, I have watched three of my preferred rooms be taken over already.

I had the same problem. I created a support ticket, tried a few times a few minutes later, and was just able to create it.
