catalyzed ghodium alkalide not reducing damage

I recently noticed, that ghodium does not reduce the damage as it is supposed to do:

Hernanduer's creep at [4,48] receives 230 damage per tick (equals exactly the attackpower of the two attacking creeps), though it should only be 69 due to the boosted tough parts.

Huh, I noticed this on tower shots but I thought the creep hits were working right...
Figured they just didn't want to make towers useless by having them ignore the boost, but this is just a broken boost.
