Rooms no longer downgrading after upgrade

Following rooms are no longer (visually) downgrading after the patch:

• E4N21
• E7N22

It might be that it isn't visible though.

It's a temporary UI glitch. They are downgrading actually. A visual indicator will appear in a few minutes. Try to reload the page.

Cool, had a feeling it would be above the CONTROLLER_DOWNGRADE constant for that level.
