Private server missing thumbnails

Since the latest update my private server (steam) appears to be missing all the room thumbnail images.
I have been messing around with room generation, so it's possible I've mucked something up, but I've tried deleting everything and redownloading and it's still missing all the thumbnails. I deleted
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\Common\screeps,AppData\Local\screepsandAppData\Roaming\screeps. Have I missed anything?Previously I found a folder full of thumbnail images somewhere, but the only screeps thumbnail folder I can find is empty.
- At what point are thumbnails generated for the default world map?
- How can I force the server to regenerate the thumbnail files?
- What files should I delete to completely reset everything?
Is this a known issue with the latest update?
