Broken SK Rooms

W44N44 has been "broken" for the last week, with keepers failing to move off their lairs.
I've refrained from mining the broken room, and am lightly guarding it against other players, but it would be good if you could give the room a kick.Does anyone know what causes SK rooms to become 'stuck'?

Do they actually stay in their holes if you try to mine the source? I've seen plenty rooms where they park until someone gets close. They only engage targets that are within about a distance of ~3 from the source they're protecting.
EDIT: Actually checking the room, yes, they do. Ok, that's weird.

Yeah, I watched for a bit - they don't even bother shooting things that are at range 3 from them. That's definitely odd behavior.

This has been a problem with some SK rooms for at least a month. My previous base was next to W44N14 and I know it was broken back then as I was able to mine it no problem. There were no source keeper lairs in the room at all initially, and then maybe a week later they suddenly showed up but did not do anything. You can actually see that there were no lairs initially in these rooms by looking at the world map picture back from July. The only pattern I have noticed is that all of the broken rooms are in the bottom right section of their respective sectors.

The bug has been reported over a month ago, but it was never fixed: http://screeps.com/forum/topic/811/Source-keepers-not-attacking-harvesters.
You can even snipe the source keepers by ranged attacks, they are completely passive.
