GCL doesn't increase

GCL doesn't increase until it's changed to an number in db.json.

When first created it looks like it starts out as null. Changing it to a number it then starts to increase.

Not sure if its related but rcl isnt going up for me either. EDIT: changed to rcl 2 eventually but it was a time after reaching the threshold for level 2.

When RCL finally changes, GCL also starts changing.
