PTR - Decorations - Formerly owned rooms show up in decoration room-picker

    Its possible to apply Decorations to unowned rooms

    1. Select room and spawn in it
    2. Open inventory in another tab
    3. in 1st tab go to Dropdown and choose -> Respawn
    4. Go back to Inventory -> select decoration -> formerly owned room(s) are still available to choose
    5. It's not possible to apply decoration (correct)
