Will PTR get copied from Live soon?

Can't tell exactly when Live was last copied to PTR, but it's certainly been a couple weeks at least.
Will PTR get refreshed any time soon? My stuff there has fallen into disrepair and it's sufficiently bad that it'd be a ton of work to get it back into a testable state.

What's the status of PTR with regard to factories and new resources? I keep checking but haven't seen any of these on the PTR for ages.

They did disappear when strongholds came out and PTR was brought up to speed though.
