Scaling power abilities

    As the draft stands now (15-2-2017) the scaling of power creep abilities feels too linear.


    Idea's I've gathered from the power creep document comments:


    • Reward "focussing on an ability", make level 5 ability a lot better.
    • Change cooldowns on level up as well as ability effects
    • Make the effect nonlinear


    I'd like to open a discussion based on these feelings and worries.
