My subscription just killed itself with no warning

Woke up and found myself at 10CPU.
I have a monthly subscription (through Xsolla) on auto-renew and the credit card is still good, so no idea what is going on.
I was able to purchase a new subscription with the same payment info with no problem.
Did you guys break auto-renew?

@shedletsky: You may still find yourself with 10 CPU after the trial period (3 days) is over. That's what happened with me
So keep an eye to it

Given how disruptive it is to be unexpectedly downgraded to 10 CPU, it would be amazing if there was a 3 day grace period and an email associated with subscriptions running out/being stopped.

EXACTLY - sadly artch does not care about it or feel this issue important (yet)..
Properly implementing abuse-proof grace period system is a quite complicated task, and our current focus is new major game features like isolated-vm and power creeps, rather than improvements which would affect a few users in a few specific cases.
