change Flag color

I'm actively working with flag color and would like to have the option to change the color of a (already placed) flag. (So basically three options in the sidebar: Remove, Change Position and Change color).

Also, instead of disabling the OK button when the flagname already exists, it would be nice to have the old flag relocated instead (makes it far more easier to relocate flags across rooms). This should also be possible programatically.
