findClosest does not find closest item

Beside the problem already stated in the post 'bug in findClosest', it does not find the room position you are searching for itself.
E.g. if you place a flag on a rampart and do a findClosest, you will find the rampart next to that position and not the one it is on.

I couldn't reproduce this bug. Could you please provide more specific scenario?
