Stuck saving, cannot commit changes, or get 'ticks'

Moved into a tile, and stuck with 'rainbow' saving bar.
Cannot save scripts, get log message, and creeps dont move. Looking around map others seem to be ok, Just the tile I'm on?

If you have got low RAM, screeps may work slowly. I can't program on my old computer because it has low RAM. Or check your internet connection.
