Inconsistencies in Memory Loading

Just wondering if this could be looked into? Some ticks it takes only a minimal ~30ms for my Memory object to load, but most ticks it's between 45-70 and can go all the way to 180ms sometimes (assuming on HDD reads). I've been trying to minimize my footprint but with memory parsing being so inconsistent I don't think any changes I do now are all that effective.
