Using CLAIM part to turn enemy structures into your own

I think it would be interesting if, in addition to interaction with controllers, CLAIM parts allowed you to convert enemy structures into your own, rather than dismantling them after claiming the room.
This would give an extra use to CLAIM creeps which are only used for a short part of their life, and to enemy structures that are just dismantled or destroyed.
It would probably require that you own the room, or else it might be overpowered.

I like this new use. At the moment Claim parts seem to be underwhelming as their use seems very limited.
