Deleveled my own controller 7 levels by accident

I Spawned a Claimer to attempt a claim in the room above me. Instead it tries to re-claim my own controller and delevels me 7 levels.
As you can see, i lost a lot of work, sad day. Hilarious, but sad nonetheless. What should i do?

that claimer just claimed an already claimed controller and reset it...? that works? ouch..

Sorry for that, fixed. Also, your controller has been upgraded for 1M energy points for free as a compensation.
