Add timer to "respawn" so that storage wont dissapear just after my first attack on it

Well, kind`a dissapointing - after i tried to attack nearest and richest neighbor, storage and ALL structures just dissapeared in front of me after about 40-50 seconds of just being in room and after 15 seconds of attack. there was like 700 000 points of energy in it, and BAM its gone. at least leave the energy on ground after such a thing... it makes attacking on other people really pointless, until u wanna just kill them and stop theirs production...

That means your neighbor respawned in another room.
