4. Does respawn apply globally or just to that shard?

Does respawn apply globally or just to that shard?


  • Before I do something stupid, I am wondering if anyone could confirm whether the respawn option applies to shards individually or to the entire game?

    For example, I am currently on shard2. If I go to shard3 and press respawn, will it destroy everything on shard2?

  • @systemparadox It's global as far as i know. I already did, and before you confirm it gives you and advide "All your structures will become unowned...blah blah..."

    I don't know what happens if you have a subscription and you divide your CPU among 2 shards, tho.


  • I just tried this on PTR and it does appear to be global - pressing respawn on shard1 removed all of my rooms on shard2. I guess the only way to move to another shard without losing everything is to use portals.
