I thought the game was already going pretty slowly at 5 seconds between each tick, but now this afternoon I'm averaging at around 20 seconds per tick:

I feel as though I'm not getting my money's worth in my subscription if I'm a month in and I have only GCL 2.5 because of an abysmal tickrate.
