    • Healers made with "Create an Invader" tool die as soon as they are made.

I wanted to try my "target the medic first" code, so I made one with the "Create an Invader" tool. However, it died immediately. I tried it in multiple rooms, and the healer always dies pretty much the same tick it's instanced, unlike the other two types. Also goes for big, boosted and big boosted healers.

I'm on shard 2, with the steam version, on a mac, in case that helps.

    • Forum login page could be more helpful

      Hi!

I managed to login yesterday, after a few weeks of trying from time to time. Turns out, I needed to first login into the Screeps browser version (I've been using the steam version), and then I was automatically logged into the forum when I visited.

My suggestion: if someone tries to go to the forum and clicks on the login button, please add a notice that they should login at the game in that browser first, rather than loading a mostly white page and a spinning icon that never loads anything. Or if you've got more time, maybe copy the game's "log in via steam/x/x" options to that page, too?

    • In-game editor wipes any unsaved code changes if you click the "World" button.

There was finally a Powerbank nearby, so I was coding up a "Squad" module to coordinate some attackers and healers into attacking it.

I was about five minutes into the coding, when I absent-mindedly clicked the "World" button, to check that the Powerbank hadn't decayed yet, and... Poof, the entire module gone, because I'd forgotten to save it.

Now, it was just five minutes for me, but some poor bastard is going to lose an hour's worth of work, one of these days...

Maybe auto-save progress in a temporary branch or something? Or pop up a "save progress?" alert window when clicking the button with unsaved changes?
