I upgraded a room from RCL 3 to RCL 4 in the PTR.

The rooms energyCapacityAvailable jumped from 800 to 1300 in one tick, without me building any extensions.

The docs say that energyCapacityAvailable is: Total amount of energyCapacity of all spawns and extensions in the room.

This is not the behavior I just saw.
