Problem is even worse! After the timer went to zero controller level did not drop. Now it stays to level 7 and room is not usable - claim or reserve does not work. I have 3 sutch rooms in my territory.

Hello! Recently my neighbor respawned and from his owned four rooms, three was left with controller downgrade timer. Example:

Is this intended mechanic or bug? For my understanding it should be the same as unclaim with controller reset but for all owned rooms.
