Thanks, very handy graph. I understood it was avg it just didn't feel 2s avg, but yes it looks like it has had some issues during the past day, glad it's fixed now.

Just started to play recently and settled on shard1. I've noticed frequent drops in ticks frequency from the expected 2s to 20s+. I've read few posts about shard0 issues and the background issues that led to the creation of shards but I haven't found anything on the current state of shard1, is there anything planned to minimise the peaks or is this just how the server is expected to run?
