TIL you could construct ramparts over walls

For those of you who want that extra protection, or switch between walls and ramparts safely.

It should be obvious that's possible since you can build ramparts over anything, I've just never seen it, and somehow implicitly assumed it doesn't work. So I write it here in case anyone else didn't know about that
