Can't integrate GitHub repo - too many repos!

I work for a tech startup and have well over 100 repos I have access to, unfortunately when I try to connect to Screeps, the alphabetical list ends at p, before my screeps repo.

I'm sure I could rename my repo to push it alphabetically to the top, but is there any other solution?
