Error: "Script initialization timed out"

Error: "Script initialization timed out". Shard3. The message comes to email. Infrequently (once a day or less). Is this a bug in my code? My script doesn't seem to be running for one clock cycle when this error happens. The error started appearing relatively recently (I think around a month).
