Creep speech on final tick is lost

When a creep has ticksToLive of 1, any creep.say action will not be displayed. In contrast, a creep move intent on that tick will be actioned (with the tombstone appearing 1 square away from where the creep last was).

So the last tick a creep can speak on is when the creep has ticksToLive of 2.
