Global cache resetting every tick


  • To reproduce:

    • Set current branch to default
    • Go to switch branch, clone default to another branch
    • Set the branch that was cloned to active

    The message is only logged when the global cache is being built and you can see it being logged every tick (check the timestamps).
    My cpu usage also goes from like 3 to about 60 per tick.

    If I then resubmit the code (like add a comment and submit) it goes back to normal behaviour.

    This occurred on shard2.
    I was trying out IVM when it first happened so switched back to shared and it still happened, so I believe it occurs with both.
